DAN, DAN, THE BULLDOZER MAN!

Some think he's the antichrist. But really, deep down I think he's a bit misunderstood. He's no Hitler but possibly the embodiment of the anti killdozer. The Marvin of creation.

After a spate of destruction in Harlow (even though terminus house still stands) the dream of regeneration in Harlow is now momentarily forgotten by the distraction of Marks and Spencers making a possible return.

Harlow is expanding in all directions, more houses being built. No real information on social or affordable housing. The relocation or extension to Princess Alex unknown, will the developers built schools and amenities? They might promise but they'll run out of money before they can make good.

Openreach claim they will build our to Harlow, but I imagine this is only for new builds and everything else will be left in the hands of virgin media. We can only see what happens but I won't keep my hopes up.

Either way, something is happening and we can thank Dan and everyone working away in the shadows for it.
